The residence is located on the edge of the village with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and the magnificent Arcadian nature. The main objective of the design was the least possible intervention in the natural environment. The placement of the building was done without cutting trees from the plot, the largest part of the basement is entirely stuck in the ground, the building is split into three main volumes to reduce the impression of size and the use of mostly local materials help smooth integration into anthropogenic and natural surroundings.

With great sensitivity tackled the issue of energy consumption of the building. The solution of geothermal energy helps in efficient and qualitative heating of the building while minimizes the carbon footprint during its life.
